PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH] is pleased to announce an agreement between its Cluett, Peabody & Co., Inc. subsidiary and Seidensticker Private Label GmBH to license the ARROW brand, beginning with the Spring 2013 shirt collections.

PVH Corp. announced recently that its annual meeting of stockholders, which is to be held on Thursday, June 21, 2012 beginning at 10:00 a.m., will be available by webcast.

The Tommy Hilfiger Group, which is wholly owned by PVH Corp, is pleased to announce an agreement with Ittierre S.p.A to license the men's and women's runway collections beginning Fall 2012 and pre-collections Spring 2013. Ittierre will produce and distribute apparel and the majority of accessories, with distribution concentrated in Europe, North America and Asia. 

Cycling T-shirts 2011Millennium Promise, the leading international nonprofit organization dedicated to ending extreme poverty, and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge today unveiled designs for bicycle-themed apparel created by Tommy Hilfiger.  There are two specific designs that promote Millennium Promise and a special program tied to the race called "Spokes of Change".  The USA Pro Cycling Challenge will donate all proceeds from the sale of these shirts to Millennium Promise.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) announced today that it has been formally renamed “PVH Corp.” after receiving overwhelming stockholder approval of the change at its Annual Meeting held this morning. The Company will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PVH.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) and Ram Pacific Pte Ltd. have entered into a licensing agreement under which Ram Pacific will market and distribute apparel and accessories under PVH’s IZOD brand in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The initial term of the license agreement runs through December 2015 and provides for a renewal at PVH’s option.

Plans call for stores and shop-in-shops in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation [NYSE: PVH] has licensed Weihai Dishang Fashion Brands Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of China’s Dishang Group, the right to market a full array of IZOD brand men’s and women’s sportswear, footwear and accessories in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.

The Tommy Hilfiger Group, which is wholly owned by Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation [NYSE: PVH] announced today that it is establishing a new division that will take control of the ARROW brand in Europe effective immediately and will manage the future introduction of additional Phillips-Van Heusen brands to the European market. The new division, PVH Europe, will be based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Michael Arts, who has been serving as Executive Vice President of Global Brand Management for Tommy Hilfiger, will assume the additional role of President of PVH Europe and will be supported by a dedicated team, as well as the existing Tommy Hilfiger European infrastructure.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) today announced a definitive agreement for PVH to acquire Tommy Hilfiger B.V., which is controlled by funds affiliated with Apax Partners L.P., for total consideration of 2.2 billion (approximately $3.0 billion) plus the assumption of 100 million in liabilities. Jensan’s first IZOD G collection, set to arrive in stores in Fall 2010, will be distributed in green grass shops; golf, tennis and sporting goods stores; and specialty stores. The territory licensed to Jensan includes the United States, its territories and possessions, as well as Canada.
