What is G+? Asking, "what is G+?" is actually a rather silly question. Well, let me re-phrase that. It is a silly question for people that are reading the Fashion Newspaper. A much more appropriate question would have been, "What is G+ mean in regard to FASHION?". Now, that is a significantly more appropriate question for someone that is reading a fashion newspaper (as you are doing now). OK, let's discuss both G+ and G+ for Fashion.
Firstly, I should explain that this service is written out a few different ways (and I assume more versions may pop up as people get more creative). For now, I have seen this system written as G+, Google Plus, G Plus, Google+, and sometimes with a space before the plus sign such as G +, or Google +, etc. Regardless of how you see the words written, I am fairly certain it all means the same thing.
In summary, G+ is the Google social network that has been developed to take on Facebook, Twitter, and every other social media web service.
Here are a few features of Google's system:
G+ Circles : An easy way to share some things with college buddies, others with your parents, and almost nothing with your boss. Just like in real life.
G+ Hangouts : Conversations are better face-to-face. Join a video hangout from your computer or mobile phone to catch up, watch YouTube videos together, or swap stories with up to 9 of your friends at once.
G+ Mobile : Lightning-fast group chat. Photos that upload themselves. A bird's-eye view of what's happening nearby. Google built Google+ with mobile in mind.
G+ Streams : According to the fashion streams website, "The "Stream" area on Google allows you to place comments, photos, videos, etc. into a convenient location for all to see. In addition, others can add to the stream in a similar way that members on Facebook can add to a news feed or wall.". You may want to check with Google for a more official (or possibly more correct) description of the stream.
Now, we have a border line understanding of the Google+ system, let's discuss a little bit about how G+ is used for fashion. I guess we can simply start with an example of G+ fashion in action by going to https://plus.google.com/111857266234675362534. In the center of the page you will see the fashion stream that has been created. If you are using the system, you can follow the stream by joining the circle.

If you are trying to develop a following for your fashion pages, you may want to learn more about how to grow your G+ circles from the Grow Circles website. Also, it may be a good idea to consult with the Plus Dragon. I hear that following the Plus Dragon brings good luck.
