The shareholders’ meeting has recently appointed Stefano Sassi as the new Chairman of Valentino, following the recent resignations of Matteo Marzotto. Stefano Sassi is thus Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Valentino, while keeping his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Valentino Fashion Group holding company.
