SAN DIEGO, January 26, 2010, Flexsystems USA Inc. is proud to introduce a new promotional product branding method utilizing four-color process printing and soft PVC.  Many customers need a way to decorate all types of items with difficult to embroider art. They do not want to simplify their client’s art. The answer: A sew on or heat sealed four-color process label. But this is not all this technology can be used for. Originally conceived as a solution for clothing, bags and hats, this process can be used to create finished products as well.  From luggage tags, zipper pulls and

key chains to pet collars, leashes, dog tags, coasters and whatever else you need!

The use of computer generated designs and logos, animation and intricate detail have always caused problems with decorating garments with such a difficult to embroider logo.

Many times, companies are faced with reproducing a corporate logo with small taglines that have to meet strict guidelines. Not to mention registered trademark and trademark symbols. This can be a problem when utilizing embroidery for wearable promotions or embossing on items like leather padfolios.

Embroiderers seem to spend more time struggling to perfect small lettering than any other technique. The majority of embroidery jobs are either left-chest or cap runs, which are tougher to sew out in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
