John Paul DeJoria, co-founder of global enterprises such as Paul Mitchell Systems and Patron Spirits, has announced the first six brand partners for the launch and summer roll-out of the new e-commerce platform JPSelects.com:  Nialaya Jewelry (June 16), Stewart + Brown clothing (June 20), L'uvalla skin care (June 21), Calleen Cordero footwear (June 23), Hype Clothing (June 24) and The Green Garmento "GTL" bag designed by Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino (June 25).  The brands join DeJoria's new members-only online marketplace for socially conscious and eco-friendly products.

"I believe success unshared is failure. I want to share my success with good people who sell great products while promoting a sustainable future and good business practices," explained John Paul DeJoria.

DeJoria and his wife Eloise, along with the JP Selects creative team, serve as the site's global curators, selecting products that live up to their personal and business credo, "the best for you, better for the world."

Nialaya Jewelry promotes healing and positive energy through its hand-crafted pearls and precious stone bead prayer bracelets; Stewart + Brown clothing features Mongolian cashmere sweaters and organic cotton dresses; L'uvalla is certified organic French skin care; Calleen Cordero artisan footwear is handmade of organic leather; Hype Clothing is a versatile line of women's tops, dresses and handbags that go from workday to weekend; the signature green "GTL" bag designed by Jersey Shore's Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino is a sturdy 3-in-1 duffel, laundry and garment bag made of eco-friendly material.

Membership to JP Selects is free and open to consumers via online registration. The exclusive e-mail newsletter will introduce new brand offerings, making them available via 72-hour flash sale.  After the introductory offer, products will remain in their own branded online store 365 days per year.  Each new brand is also represented in a short documentary-style video which makes the JP Selects marketplace uniquely personal.

A percentage of the proceeds from sales of JP Select's brand partners' products will go to the Grow Appalachia hunger initiative and John Paul DeJoria's Peace, Love and Happiness Foundation, which supports humanitarian efforts worldwide including the Food4Africa initiative, AIDS Project Los Angeles, Heal the Bay and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles among others.

JP Selects is the brainchild of John Paul DeJoria and Jonathan Kendrick, the co-founders of ROK Global PLC.
