Organic foods has already become a mainstream product genre available in just about every grocery store, and eco-friendly clothing is on the verge of making the same impact. In fact, bamboo is expected to become a popular eco-clothing trend over the next few years, because it is 100% biodegradable and does not require fertilizers and pesticides, and is considered by many to be the most ecological fabric.

In the end the eco-clothing trend may take off as a self-fulfilling prophecy – because it is “trendy”. Whatever the reason, no one can argue the eco-clothing can have a positive impact on the environment.
