Aéropostale and Hollywood Records have worked together to create a dynamic in-store and on-line promotion celebrating the release of the Plain White T’s upcoming album, ‘Big Bad World.’ This promotional campaign will begin on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 in Aéropostale stores and also through www.aeropostale.com.

During the promotion, both in store and on-line, customers can purchase the album, ‘Big Bad World’ as well as receive, while supplies last, a free, exclusive Plain White T’s t-shirt.

The promotion will be supported through an integrated marketing effort. During the campaign, Aéropostale will be promoting the CD and exclusive t-shirt with window displays, bag stuffers and in-store signage in over 850 stores nationwide, Puerto Rico and Canada. Aéropostale will also be promoting the partnership online at www.aeropostale.com as well as through email blasts and online banner ads on social networking sites such as MySpace.

Before the album launch, Aéropostale is offering fans a free, exclusive Plain White T’s song download, ‘Love at 10th Sight.’ Beginning on Friday, September 12, 2008 thru Monday, September 22, 2008, customers who try on a pair of jeans at any Aéropostale store will receive this exclusive track for free. ‘Love at 10th Sight’ will only be redeemable at www.aeropostale.com.
