After last year success, we are calling on up-and-coming designers from
all over the world to be part of the St. Louis 2nd annual international
fashion show, PRONTO, which will take place on the evening of May 11,
2007 in the Garment district of downtown St. Louis.
PRONTO provides a great opportunity for new designers to create
awareness about their products within the huge potential market that the
midwest has to offer in the presence of retailers, sponsors, media and
spectators. Judges will select the Best Voted Designer and Model who will
be awarded gifts and a cash prize. To be considered for selection,
please send a brief bio and 8-10 photographs from your collection that you
would like to have in the show. Please submit your portfolio and
application fee of $25 USD by the deadline of February 28, 2007 to:

The top 10 selected designers will be notified by e-mail or telephone
by March 8th. All designers selected in the show must have a total of
10 outfits ready for the show of May 11th and must be sent by March 26,
2007, in time for the model fittings. An entrance fee of $150 must
also be secured and submitted by March 26th. This fee includes all
administrative and production costs; 10 models of sizes 2-6; fittings for
models; music and choreography, invitations to retail buyers; media and
public; profile information in the program; and participation in the
private VIP private reception following the show.
Five experts from the fashion and retail industry will judge the show.
These judges will select the best new designer and the chosen designer
will be awarded gifts and a cash prize. The Best Voted Model will also
be selected and featured in PRONTO.
Part of the proceeds from PRONTO will go to benefit children.
