Today the editor of Italian’s bilingual Vogue Franca Sozzani has published a piece titled “A Thought about Italian Fashion”.  

The piece begins with the importance of fashion sector. Focusing to Italy’s fashion landscape she says: “Fashion is surely fun and dream, but is also a huge business that, especially in Italy, involves plenty of people.”


Further the editor touches Italian style. Based on great designers and labels of Italy and their omnipresence character she says: “There is no other country in the world with a higher concentration of brands like Italy.”


What about recent fashion shows of Milan she stated: “The quality of fashion shows in Milan this season has been, on the whole, excellent, and in any case superior to New York, London and Paris. This is not a personal statement but the opinion of many international buyers.”
