The winter time has to be my favorite time of the year. Sure everybody complains about the cold weather, but I think it is the perfect excuse to dish out those fabulous winter fashions. And one of my winter wardrobe obsessions has to be boots, specifically those cute and fabulous booties. Booties, for those that aren't in the know, are not those precious little sock-like items for infants, but an ankle boot.
