Total Apparel Group, Inc. (“TAG” or the “Company”) (OTC Pink: TLAG), a master distributor and licensee of market-leading international trademarks in the branded apparel, footwear and accessories sectors, announced today that it made a high profile splash on the New York, national – and indeed international – scene through two expertly choreographed events on December 3rd and 4th. These events served as the U.S. launching pad for the new FIFA Collection.

December 3rd – Media Dinner

This exclusive dinner at August in New York City’s hip West Village provided the perfect backdrop to introduce the FIFA Collection to a host of influential media and public relations professionals. Media outlets represented ran the gamut from fashion and lifestyle magazines to major financial and athletics platforms. Celebrity chef (and avid soccer fan) Marcus Samuelsson hosted the dinner and - nattily attired in his FIFA Collection blazer - lent the evening an air of international sophistication.

December 4th – South African Consulate Brand Preview Party

South African Consulate General Fikile Magubane co-hosted this private cocktail party with TAG at the South African Consulate in Midtown Manhattan. The event was a celebration of that day’s FIFA World CupTM tournament draw; the announcement of a first round matchup of the U.S. vs. England had the room abuzz. The event also served as the broad unveiling of the FIFA Collection, introducing more than 150 influential New York and global luminaries to its full range of apparel and accessories. Finally, it was a tribute to South African culture, rhythm and taste – and the influence those have had on the dynamic Spring/Summer 2010 FIFA Collection of apparel and accessories.

As stated South African Consulate General Fikile Magubane, “This collection takes soccer inspired lifestyle designs to an exciting and impactful level while retaining their unique sports heritage…the Spring/Summer 2010 Collection successfully fuses soccer, fashion and culture. I love the ‘Event’ collection that draws inspiration from South Africa’s rich heritage. Bold, bright, fun and energetic encapsulates who we are as a country!”

As stated TAG CEO Janon Costley, “We were thrilled with the excellent turnout for both events and the warm reception that we received for the new FIFA Collection from both the media and our guests. We hope to carry that momentum forward as we continue to introduce the collection over the coming months. The FIFA Collection represents the fusion of football (soccer), fashion and culture. The Collection is not just about soccer but about the meaning and cultural relevance of the sport, which is reflected in the passion, energy, hopes and aspirations of billions of fans who follow the sport around the world. The Collection captures these feelings, and they form the very DNA of the brand. We look forward to doing similar events as we grow closer to the 2010 World Cup in June."
