Almost all have no portfolio nor idea about facial expression & body posture that works for commercial print. Also models need coaching on runway. walk. The larger office has photo studio & make-up salon. Aprox. every 6 weeks there is a group photo session with photographers & make-up artists that work time in exchange for use of pics. Also group development seminars are provided.
