Reprocessing: providing the service of: blacking out labels, removing tickets, grading and then re-ticketing, re-labeling and pre-packing for retail. They typically do not consider themselves warehouses because they do not always provide pick and pack or order fulfillment services (however, some warehouse do both reprocessing and warehousing).
The refurbishers typically are converted sew rooms that make long-sleeve shirts into short-sleeves, sew on buttons or repair manufacturing defects. You have clients who distinctly provide these services.
Third party reprocessors are established service providers for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers.
You can find companies that provide refurbishing or reprocessing services at the refurbishing apparel directory.
