Mrs. Magidson was employed at Deloitte Consulting for 13 years as a management consultant and most recently at software manufacturer, Red Prairie in Waukesha, WI. Mr. Magidson has been in the textile industry for over 25 years – most recently with Blank Textiles in NY.

Direct marketer, SewBatik.com, has announced the debut of the 108”-Wide Hyde Park Group. 108” Hyde Park is SewBatik’s newest offering that combines stripe, packed texture, loose texture and hand dyed elements in the same fabric. There are no other 108” double border batiks in the market and further extends our leadership in the 108” batik quilting backing area. There are no other 108” double border batiks in the market; the introduction of Hyde Park further extends SewBatik's leadership in the 108” batik quilting backing area. Hyde Park does the work of four different fabrics without worries about color coordination. This will save money and time for consumers. Suggested applications for 108” Hyde Park are: curtains, table linens, bedding and apparel. The 108” Hyde Park group further supplements the SewBatik line of 108” batik fabrics, 42” batik flannel, Nuance™ Gradation Batik, coordinating 45” batiks and hand-dyed fabrics.
SewBatik designs, manufactures and imports hand-made batik fabrics that are produced in Indonesia. The fabric is sold as running yardage, fabric bundles and project kits that are targeted at quilt and needlecraft enthusiasts nationwide. SewBatik currently distributes its products through its e-commerce internet site, national quilt festivals and “Longarm Batik Associates”. The website is located on the internet at http://www.SewBatik.com. SewBatik corporate operations, including product design, order fulfillment, and customer service are coordinated from Mayville, ND.
