LINKING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES WITH AUSTRALIAN COUNTERPARTS

The AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL SOURCING FAIR is an exciting new Exhibition for Australia which will develop closer links with international organisations and Australian companies. 

To be held 24 – 26 March 2010 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, the AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL SOURCING FAIR will connect international  manufacturers in fashion, accessories and homewares with their Australian counterparts.

Visitors attending the Fair will be buyers dealing in bulk production in the Australian region including brand owners, distributors, wholesalers, large department and chain stores, designers and specifiers.

According to Managing Director, Marie Kinsella “The Australian International Sourcing Fair will connect Australian based manufacturers to overseas manufacturers to showcase Australian best practice in fashion accessories and homewares” she said.

Australian Retailers Association (ARA) Executive Director Richard Evans said the Fair is a great opportunity for retail buyers to make connections with local and overseas manufacturers without the high cost of international travel.

“The ARA is always pleased to endorse events that assist Australian retail businesses and supply chain growth in the most cost-effective way,” Evans said.
